Game day!

Upon the two wheeler I traversed south along the levee to the campus of the Old War Skule.



The stadia rise as massive monuments over the surrounding pasture land, dwarfing the academic surroundings.

And what did I find but tailgating fully in progress!!







The Tabernacle of Triumph looms large, the site of glorious victories past and future.



The Gladiators of the Bayou will soon take the field to vanquish another erstwhile opponent.
